My wife and I have been shopping at the Yonkers store at Ridge Hill. We went looking for Peloton Shoes and my wife was having some difficulties shoes for her new Peloton Bike. Seeing they did not have half sizes we inquired with our sales representative Ray. Ask for him you can not go wrong. He explained that they did not come in half sizes you would need to go to the next size. She was a 7 1/2. EUR 38 1/2 so we went to EUR 39. They fit correctly. We had been there 2 days before on 1/10/24 when we saw Ray explaining everything to another customer. We returned on 1/12/24. We purchased the shoes drove home and they were a great fit. Any time I will always ask for Ray. I would give him a 10 out of 10, but I believe it works on a 5 of 5 would be the highest.

Dicksportinggoods is the worst! It now January 5, 2024. I still have not received my refund from November! I returned an item through mail which Dicksporting Goods confirmed they received the item back November 17th. They then turned around & said the item was returned in store which is impossible, especially after they confirmed they received the item back through mail November 17th. I’ve never experienced a company stealing customers money. I suppose this is how they stay rich! Now I’m out of $140.00 & no item. I will NEVER shop with them again.

I got a pair of Nike shoes on 2022, and on and 3 months ago one of the shoe start unglued, Nike is supposed to cover a warranty on sole for two years, but from the manufacture day, and the manufacture day on my shoes is 2021 means the shoes already have one year on the store, so be careful when buying Nike shoes check the tag otherwise if you have any problem Nike will not cover the warranty regardless the day pf the purchase.

1/22/24 I had to edit my review because Dick's Sporting Goods reached out to me and made good of their customer service. I was not expecting any kind of follow up, and today I felt valued and heard. I felt necessary to edit my review and share my experience and give credit to where it was due. I'm starting to understand why this store is named "Dick's. Placed an order for Christmas gifts on 12/17 that was guaranteed to be here by Christmas Eve. Order showed up on the 27th. Dick's wouldn't fulfill their guaranteed or it's free promise because "it was Fedex's fault". Dick's sporting goods never sent information or explanation that order was delayed.

I made multiple Christmas gift purchases this season through Dick's Sporting goods and each time they arrived in two days without paying extra for express shipping. (Much better than nike.com, which lost my package and didn't even inform me about the delay.) Everything arrived in good condition, with correct sizes. Great selection, good prices and on time delivery: I will be using Dick's again next Christmas. Thank you!!

Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas with garrenteed delivery its been delayed twice since the 12th and now customer service said there's nothing they can do or will do. Will never spend money there again

Recieved used sneakers!! Arrived scuffed! Returned to store within 2 hours of receiving package. So disappointed.
