Terrible, I ordered a jacket and they left the security tag on it. Then they said I have to take it to the store and have them remove it. I don’t have the time for that. If they had done it right the first time I wouldn’t have this issue. I’ll do this process in a few weeks or so but for now I don’t care.

Worst company to deal with from Australia. Wont reply to emails and when they do it is generic. I have an item with tracking number but they can't find it. How hard is it to contact all concerned and find item or reship item. Have waited over 3 months. I firmly believeI have been scammed of money. To date no responses. I believe they are all fake customers reviews. If Dick Sporting Goods want to fix this issue and are truly wanting to rectify this situation show us by replying to this review.

We went to the Daytona Beach Store and bought bikes and had the best experience with our sales person Tommy. He put a bike together for me and helped my husband with his bike. We brought those bikes back and upgraded to better ones and he helped us again. Outstanding customer service from him. Even our cashier Sierra was great. I had never been in a Dick’s before but I will go back to that one. I just hope Dick’s treats their employees well because they deserve it.

Ordered two kayaks I called to see where my kayaks were. I was informed they were out of stock so they canceled my order without notification. How does this happen. Now my other option has raised their price by 80 apiece. When I talked to the representative it was obvious that this happens all the time. Will not make this store my choice from here out.

My son bought a bicycle and broke in pieces before he finished paying. Therefore he stop paying. Now he is facing court from synchrony bank. This is the worst store and bank using a recovery agency with 10 lawyers on him

Under no circumstances should you agree to open a Dick's Sporting Goods Charge Card. I did so on May 3, 2024 and was told that "when I opened the account I would receive $60.00 credit on my charge card. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT DICK'S AGAIN! I previously spent over $1100.00 in January on a Treadmill

Just another bad shopping experience at Dick's. Pickleball raquets had a 25% off sign. When I got to register, clerk said they were full price. She called for another clerk to check and they said there was no sale sign. Wjat a liar!! I went back and took the sign off the shelf and gave it to cashier on my way out, WITHOUT the pickleball paddle and shoes that I had intended to purchase. GOODBYE DICK'S..
