Diamonds DirectReviews of diamondsdirect.com

This is our first time with Diamond Direct We went to the Austin location and Aesuk was our diamond expert. We wanted to upgrade my solitaire diamond and she was very helpful, very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with her. Great experience

We got a recommendation for Diamonds Direct from a friend and decided to go into the store "just to look". We met Chrystal and she was wonderful! Chrystal showed me a large variety of settings and was very knowledgable. The designer happened to be in the store that day too and she brought in some new settings. I feel in love with a setting and Chrystal found a stone to match. Two months later, my boyfriend proposed and the ring is just beautiful. Thank you so much Chrystal for making the day so much fun and for helping us create a special memory.

Cindy on diamonds direct support was phenomenal! Friendly, helpful and relatable! Thanks for your great customer service, Cindy!

Diamonds Direct gave me the perfect experience for getting an engagement ring for my fiancée and then the same, stellar experience in getting the wedding band for her as well. I worked directly with Mac at the Raleigh, NC location and Mac was hands down the best, most real person I could've asked for. At other places I shopped around at, I was met with the pressure to purchase right then and there without looking around. With Mac, there was no pressure to make a decision because she was so confident they could provide exactly what I was looking for. I ended up walking out that day with a ring purchased. The service was so astounding that we will be using Mac and DD as our main jeweler moving forward.

Cindy was amazing! Couldn't have asked for better help. She is great at what she does and made the whole experience seamless!

Mrs. Mac is literally the greatest! I had 0 experience or knowledge about engagement rings and the wedding process in terms of jewelry in general. When I reached out to make an appointment, Mrs. Mac was with me every step of the way. She is patient. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She made the whole process feel like I had complete ownership over every decision. She gave suggestions but was never overbearing in any way. Her excitement and passion in what she does rubbed off on me and made my process the best experience I could ask for. My fiancee couldn't wait to meet Mrs. Mac after I told her about how I picked her engagement ring. It was a no brainer who we would work with in choosing our wedding bands. We feel as if Mrs. Mac is a special part of our wedding process and that speaks to her friendliness and report she builds. 10/10 every time I met with her!

I always have a great experience every time I visit Diamonds Direct at The Domain. Thanks to Angela and Dominic who are super nice and helpful. They are the best! I highly recommend this place.

I went in not really looking for anything specific. Zac Rumor was very helpful and i eventually did decide on a diamond bracelet. After purchasing i did notice that there was a discrepancy on the price. When I brought this up to Zac he was very helpful in making sure that any discrepancy was quickly resolved. In addition, the bracelet was too large for my wrist. Zac had the bracelet adjusted and had earrings made for me at no additional cost. I would definitely work with Zac again in the future.
