We wanted to go to our local jeweler first when shopping for an engagement ring, and unfortunately there was minimal selection and we actually weren’t made to feel very important to the employees/owner. We traveled 2 hours to our closest Diamonds Direct (Columbus, Ohio), and we were graciously given an appointment the day we called. Summer was FANTASTIC. She honestly couldn’t be better at her job. I showed her a few pictures that I liked, and the first ring she picked out was the one I fell in love with! She tried to only show us things that would keep us under-budget, while allowing me to have everything I wanted! We also had candid and genuine support/input from a few other staff members while we were there (I wish I would have also gotten their names). We will absolutely be return customers for anything else we may need in the future! I would 10/10 recommend Summer and Diamonds Direct of Columbus, Ohio.

She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, making the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Customer service was horrendous. I called September 29th evening and asked to schedule an appointment for Saturday October 3rd. This is after me submitting online twice for an appointment but never had any reach out or respond. They offered me an appointment that Saturday at 10am when they opened. I accepted and said I was bringing my mom so we could learn about the process, different options, and to get an idea of what my price range would be or could be based on what I liked. We go in and there are about 15-20 workers. We get approached right away and asked who we were seeing for the appointment and if they had texted me.I told them no one gave me the name of who I’d be working with or sent a follow up text about a confirmation. They acted as if I were lying. After them looking around at each other confused a woman named Nancy Seeman said she could talk to us. She was harsh and only showed me a small box of examples of ring sizes. I tried to engage and ask questions to see different styles and she was very quick to just say it’s easy just bring your boyfriend in and we will go through it. She acted as if we were a bother and also made me feel like I was in the pretty woman movie. I went with a friend to brilliant earth and it was amazing all the details and options they showed her. They were so informative talking about all the options she could choose from. I was so disappointed and upset with this experience. I won’t be returning.

Melanie at the Pittsburgh location is phenomenal and I will refer anyone to her. Very professional and will help you in any way she can. Would give 10 stars if possible

My Fiance and I were looking for the perfect engagement ring. We were able to talk to Ginny, one of the online diamond experts. She was so incredibly helpful and was able to get us the ring that we had been looking for at a price that we could afford! I could not recommend her more if you are looking for the perfect ring!

MaryBeth was wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Each time I have been to Diamonds Direct I have received impeccable service. All of the associates are sweet and kind,top tier attention and service from the beginning, during and after! I have to say that Miracle has been my associate for creating my custom pieces as of late and they are nothing short of Gorgeousness. She is the it girl, tons of personality, experienced, knowledgeable, patient and honest, I couldn’t have asked for a better associate to take care of me! We worked very well together and for that I graced her with a gift to show my appreciation for taking such good care of me. She is my go to person.
