I bought a pair of prada sun glasses. I was looking to replace a specific one and I am happy Design optics had them. Their price and service was great. I got them quick. I will buy again.

This service was great getting the frames, but the return of the item has been a pain. I followed the return policy and still haven’t received a return and this has been going on sense 7/22/2025 for a $86 refund. Poor customer service and support.

I’ve been using Designer optics for 5 years now, I love it! Super easy to apply my personal prescription (which I can save to my profile). The glasses are always priced perfectly, especially when there is a sale code on top of the price. I will continue to purchase my prescription glasses and sunglasses here!
