I ordered the glasses for my boyfriend who can only wear polarized lens due to sun damage to his eyes. When placing my order I had multiple questions and everyone of my questions was answered in a timely manner. My boyfriend LOVES the glasses, he say they are comfortable and fit good on his face... We will most definitely be ordering again

I wanted to get a clear Miu Miu frame and I found it cheaper here after several searches. I was apprehensive about ordering from a company without knowing if they were ethical and actually carried genuine brand names. However, my worries were put to rest. The frames were a third of the price at local frames providers, arrived very quickly, and were the genuine article. I’m very pleased with my purchase - from easy ordering to low cost to fast shipping.

The frames arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They even included the original Kate Spade case and lens cloths. I highly recommend this store and would definitely shop here again!

I ordered a pair of Draper James frames and when I didn't get my order I contacted Designer Optics. I was informed that the frame I ordered was out of stock and had to be ordered then go to the lab for about 5 days then they will be shipped. No where on the site did it say the frames were out of stock, I would have ordered a different lense. When the glasses finally arrived, almost 4 weeks after ordering them, they were great!! I doubt I will ever order from them again as their customer service communication is horrid.

This process generally takes 5–7 business days, plus 1–2 days for edging, with shipping following shortly after. This timeline was communicated during the order process, and we’re happy the finished glasses met your expectations in quality.
