I loved how I was able to find a deal on my ray-ban sunglasses! I wear child size glasses and was able to find these for cheaper than amazon was offering. They came quickly and they even sent them with the real ray-ban case.

I received the glasses I purchased but I had to call because it had been over a week and I haven't received any shipping details. Customer service was friendly and informed that the order is not in stock and they will have to order from the vendor. I was concerned that I may never see may order, but just as customer service indicated I received shipping details in less than a week. Now that I knew they may not have everything in stock but are legitimate business, I placed another order. Waited a bit to received it again, but I wasn't concerned.

I love these glasses! I take them to my eye dr to add my prescription. They are so light. I loved the purple ones, so I ordered this brown/blue faded pair to have too. I will say I wish there were more color options because I don’t like this brown pair as well as the purple ones.

I was happy to find a pair of glasses that I had seen for a higher price at my optometrist's office. The glasses are authentic Gucci and came in perfect condition. The shipping did take longer than I hoped but I was told it was because the frames had to be shipped in from elsewhere.

Replaced my frame after breaking it. Paid $118 when the optometrist quoted me over $300. Needed help getting the glass it, yet it did fit. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. Lack of communication is an understatement. Sadly, this is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them. However, this review is based on this recent experience. my first email was asking for a mockup within 48 hours of placing the order. As suspected, I did order incorrectly. From there though, communication still did not improve. Given that 8 days post order, there was still no response. Finally got an email saying the frames were discontinued. Two days after that, having sent over replacement options, as requested, still received no response. I find out, AFTER CALLING, that there was one last frame found somehow. Shouldn’t have had to call. Should have received a follow up telling me. Never got a response the original email: Get told via email frames would be sent by the week of 7/27/25, and they weren’t, they got send week or 8/4/25, over a week after I was told they would be. Still no communication letting me know. Given the fact that they messed my order was supposed to be prioritized, which is clearly wasn’t. Then, I find out after it all, I cannot return. Buyers beware. Do not buy from them.

Love my frames! They are identical to a previous pair I owned, and I was sad when they started to break. Designer optics allowed me to reorder my frames without having to pay for another set of lenses!
