Worst customer service ever! Placed order last Tuesday, paid extra for 2 day shipping, 8 days later my order still hasn't been shipped. I sent them two emails and called 5 times, left two voice messages and still nothing. Will never do business with them again!

My dog chewed on my glasses and I could not get them repaired or replaced at the place where I had purchased them. I found the same frames on your website and ordered them. The frames arrived on time, the old lenses fit perfectly, and I saved $50. Thanks!!!

Received sunglasses I ordered in good time—I had in under a week without paying for any extra shipping speed. And in good shape—with all original brand packaging. Also, I’d paid with PayPal and missed where I’d put a discount code into my order so I emailed them & they made adjustment. No problems. I’m happy!!
