I ordered a pair of sunglasses in a specific style and color (Havana Brown). Another color arrived instead (black). I have reached out to customer service twice, but have not heard back after almost one week. Not a peep. Do not buy from this company!

Hi Drew, I do see that we replied twice in the past few days. Maybe there was a problem that something didn't go through. I will have someone email you again or get on the phone with you to resolve the matter. Sincerely, Jason
