I ordered prescription SUNglasses.
I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. After my order was placed, I got an email saying it would cost $30 extra for tinted lenses. Ok... whatever. I paid the extra $30. They arrived with clear lenses installed in the frame and tinted lenses in a separate baggie. The entire reason I ordered sunglasses online is because optical places are closed due to COVID-19. Now I have a pair of goofy looking glasses and sunglasses lenses in a baggie and no actual place to take them to swap lenses. What person wants clear lenses in a pair of sunglasses? Communication was poor and I feel like I was ripped off.
