Ordered on 4/2 and the sunglasses still…
Ordered on 4/2 and the sunglasses still have not shipped. After several email, I finally got a response saying that they were out of stock and had to be ordered from the "supplier" and would not ship until after 4/20. I sent another email requesting to cancel my order and they will not respond. I'll be opening a case through paypal.

Hi Jason, sorry for the inconvenience. We really work hard to satisfy our customers, we have a larger customer service team than ever before, and we feel bad that you felt mistreated. However to clear things up here are the details. Like every year we were closed for the Passover Holiday until the 20th. However we still had an external team replying to emails. On the 10th they notified you that the item will ship on the 20th when we are back. On the 13th you asked to cancel, they then answered that it's no problem and on the 20th we'll cancel your order. On the 19th you were emailed just to double check if you want the product to be shipped since we have it or you still wanted to cancel, we didn't receive a response, all we got was a charge back. We are looking forward to serve you again and I'm sure it will be a better experience for you. Sincerely, Jason

The frames are not of the same quality…
The frames are not of the same quality as my current ones, I had bought a spare pair of the same frame. The previous frames I bought from LensCrafters we’re much better quality.

Glasses
My glasses were here on time with out any damage to them even though I had insurance on them. The price of them were very low than any other website I went on.

I received my glasses and the prescription was wrong.
I received my glasses and the frames were great. But I received two pairs of lenses in the glasses case and neither one was the right prescription for me. On top of that I cannot get ahold of someone to just send me the right prescription lenses for my frames. I’m rather frustrated.
