I ordered the Carrera 5041 sunglasses and the wrong color arrived.
I ordered the Carrera 5041 sunglasses in 02OS Havana Matte Black with Brown Gradient lenses. What was shipped to me was the 5041 sunglasses but in 0807-90 black, dark grey gradient lenses. I would appreciate it if you could send me the correct sunglasses that I ordered.

designer product
Just got my order in today. Took about one month to arrive from NY. Perfect product, 100% authentic. Price was slightly discounted compared to ordering direct from the brand. I will definitely order again from this company.

Been waiting on an order for too long…
Been waiting on an order for too long and no update from the company. I’m actually getting upset about the situation and scared I’m not going to get my order.
Response from DesignerOptics.comApr 23, 2020
Hi jason and sorry for that. Costa products are back ordered and takes much longer than anticipated. It's important to note that the manufacturing world is paralyzed due to the Corona Virus outbreak around the globe. Products that we usually receive in a few days can now take weeks. However we are working hard with the manufacturers to get as much product possible to serve our customers. Hope to ship your product ASAP. Further communication is best via email [email protected] Sincerely, Jason

Armani glasses
Got it for my girlfriend, and she loves them. She says she can see much better with her new glasses. I got her the blue violet lens because she stares at a computer at work, so it should help her a lot.

Glad to hear she's happy! Jason

Amazing
Amazing! Fast delivery. Authentic brand and less than half the cost that I paid for the same glasses that I had lost (3 times). Love love love

Damaged product.
I received my order in a quick timeline. However the glasses had a dent in the frame. It’s a small defect but I expected them to be in better condition.
Response from DesignerOptics.comApr 23, 2020
Hi Travis, Sorry to hear about that. I couldn't locate any communication from you about this. Can you send a picture of that ? Kindly contact us at [email protected] and we'll see how to go about it. As always we are here to serve our customers. Sincerely, Jason
