Delivery never occurred as I cancelled the order after one week as, obviously, the product wasn't in stock. At no time did the company inform me of an anticipated lead time but instead sent three canned emails saying they had received my order. As I was looking to replace a broken frame I was not willing to play the game of receiving no valid delivery information.

My frames were out of stock so it took a little longer to recieve. The communication from staff was very good. Would use Designer Optics again.

Superfast delivery ! I was so excited to receive my item ! I was on a waitlist for these sunglasses at another store (during the store’s semi annual sale- you must wait to preview until a certain date) and before I could purchase them - the sunglasses were sold out. This is my first time buying from designer optics and not only did I get the sunglasses faster than expected, but I also got a way better deal! I am way glad I tried them out !!!!
