The sunglasses came earlier than expected and they’re great. I will definitely purchase more designer sunglasses from this site.

One of the handles of the frame I bought is slightly loose and might have a slight defect. Maybe that’s why they are less expensive but other than that My experience has been good with this site.

Hello Jav, Thank you for your feedback .Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers. However, this one regrettably slipped past those checks and failed to live up to our standards. As per our company policy if you are not satisfied with your product. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery of order either for refund or exchange. Thank you

Brook ..
This was honestly the worst experience ever. I’ve sent 5 emails and engaged in three conversations about this order that was mistakenly filled and still sent in spite of them telling me they were cancelling it. They told me this after sending multiple template style emails of “nice to hear from you we are sorry for the delay”. Which didn’t even begin to address what I was asking. Initially I was charged before it was even in stock and told there was no ETA at all when I inquired about this email EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LISTED AS IN STOCK! Then, finally I get an email saying they have cancelled the order. Todayz surprise! the order showed up at my doorstep AND THE GLASSES DONT EVEN SEEM REAL! ANDI was never refunded. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any online retailer of any kind. This place should be ashamed of their business practice 1/10 do not recommend unless you want to be abused and ripped off.
