I like my product the only problem is I ordered my product next day mail but I didn't get it for a week and a half they said they didn't have it in inventory I understand that but they could have let me know before I oderd and paid next day delivery will not order again unless I get 25% off

I received my glasses very quickly and in great condition. Although I did have to return them it has nothing to do with the quality but more the fit. They were gorgeous and was sad I had to return them. The company made it very easy to return.

I received my order promptly and was very happy with my glasses. I highly recommend this site.

Great price for a real designer product

Received my new frames in a timely manor. They were packaged very securely. Just love them! Thank you!

The frames were as expected & I would order from the company again. But I was displeased with the shipping. I paid for 2 day shipping, but it took about 2 weeks to get my order. After a week, I inquired and was told that my frame was not in the warehouse. Next time I'll just save the few extra dollars and not order 2 day shipping from this company.

I had a great experience ordering eye glasses on this website. I had broken my existing frame and was looking to find the same brand and style. The eye frames arrived on time and were an exact match and fit. The sizing guide was very helpful and allowed me to find the exact size of my glasses and was easy to insert my existing lenses into the new frames.

Lenses are the wrong color and the vision is blurry. I told them I wanted to refund and they said they could not do it because they were a custom order. Well of course there are custom order their prescription glasses. This is what happens when you do not answer the phone and you work strictly through email your customer service is terrible.
