The glasses do not match the frames I have currently and they are supposed to be the same model. Refund requested.

Timely arrival, product exactly what expected!

I receive female sunglasses when I ordered male sunglasses. Instead of walking me through the return process so can get the male version, they were trying to convince me (a man), that I ordered female sunglasses. Even if I did by mistake, I should at least be able to return them for the correct pair. I notified them immediately, the same day as my delivery. They ask for multiple pictures just to tell me that they sent what I ordered. Now I have a designer pair of female sunglasses that can not wear. Salvatore Ferragamo would not be happy to find out that you guys did not assist me with a return process. This was my second purchase. The first pair of Ferragamo frames came without issue. Not as happy as a returning customer should be.

Love the shades. I wear them on my road bike. So far so good.

I receive my order. It was placed and properly fitted, but took a while for the shipping confirmation to come.

The only place I go to now for my sunglasses. Best service, fast shipping and their selection is so big!
