12000 BTU Mini Split We had a bug get on the main circuit board outside and damaged it. No boards are available from seller and also you can’t just buy the outside unit from them. If anything goes wrong, the whole ac is trash. Check for parts availability before you choose which brand you buy. Actual usage was about 7 weeks from new as this is located at a vacation property.

Rockin the 36k two head unit for the past year. Love these units. Just buy it. You won’t regret it! Heat and cool functions work awesome. Will Be adding another unit to my shop very soon!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE . I purchased a window air conditioner $300. Got 1 years use out of it (3 months). Purchase was 13 months ago, they will do nothing for me. I HAVE TWO OTHER UNITS THAT I PURCHASE FROM THEM FINGERS CROSSED AT LEAST MAYBE I'LL GET 2 YEARS OUT OF THEM.

I purchased the 18,000 BTU unit in January 2024 and so far I am extremely satisfied with the performance! It was easy to install and operate. I’m cooling a 600 sq ft shed in Florida and performance is better than expected. My electric bill has been cut by 1/3. The Wi-Fi connection to my phone is awesome!

I am very happy to have installed Della products for heating and cooling inside my office and waiting area. Works great. The only flaw I can speak of is I cannot control the unit with my cell phone anymore. My cell phone had to be upgraded to the 5G Evolution and once that happens the Della app doesn't work anymore 😒. Other than that the unit is awesome.

Esa una unidad de aire que Funciona muy bien estamos muy contentos con ella, llevo un año usándola y no me ha dado problemas para nada al contrario no hace ruido es muy silenciosa además economiza energía, muy contento la recomiendo.

Garbage. Got a 4-1 unitto use in a small bedroom. Heat didn't warm room above 60.Air condition would cool below 80. Dehumidifier did nothing. So was basically an oversized heavy fan. Also was suppose to connect by to phone that didn't work either. Spent 3 months trying to get an exchange or refund and just kept getting more question and no answers. I will never buy this brand again

I bought the 12KBTU 120v unit and installed it myself exactly two years ago today. I have to say, it is working amazingly well and I've had zero issues with it! It works very well and keeps the room ice cold or toasty warm, it's quiet and the functions on it are great! I use it with Alexa and the integration works very well - so far I've had no issues. I bought the black wall unit so it looks pretty cool as well. Installation was ok, though there was no wall template so I had to "guess" a lot on placement. It would have been nice to have a mounting template. I've had no need to contact support, so I can't comment on that. Over this is a great unit!!
