We ordered the della 2 9000 units and had them installed...unfortunately after just a few days the units were would not stay running..it sounds like a compressor issue! Upon contacting customer service they were such a great help and walked us thru everything...they gave us a full refund and allowed us to keep the units! We are so thankful they did this and we wernt out the money of the units.

Never received my complete order. Only the condenser. Never offered a replacement to be sent. Even though the condenser was already installed given a return label. Not mailed, just a PDF, what if I didn't have a printer? All I wanted was my evaporator unit to finish this install. Had to mail it back in a random box. Horrible support. Was told UPS was contacted. Talked to UPS and was told the documents needed for lost package were never returned. Wanted me to cancel my chargeback without sending me a replacement to complete my order.

Im not sure who's writing any of these positive customer reviews but I can tell you from my experience Della has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service EVER!. There is no way to contact them via the phone and their email support is abysmal I even wrote them an email saying that they had the worst customer support ever I've had a terrible experience and I've got no response and all my questions over the last month I've gotten broken English responses that didn't make any sense so this makes me think that these guys are actual scammers. There's absolutely no phone number on their website. The chat function occasionally has someone answer it who doesn't have good English skills and states they don't know how to answer the question you have. Good prices are not a reason to purchase an expensive mechanical device(s) if there is not good support. I would say most if not all of these positive reviews are fake from my experience with these clowns. Go with a company where you can talk on the phone with a knowledgeable person who speaks English

We bought a fireplace tv stand and there was a minor issue with the fireplace unit, the customer service was great. They sent out a new fireplace unit immediately and was very easy and no hassle. Absolutely happy with the purchase and the ease of repair with customer service.
