I purchased the DELLA 12,000 BTU mini split and I couldn't be more pleased! The company has been a real pleasure to deal with, taking the time to address and explain in detail any concerns I might have had. The product is also top notch! It has exceeded my expectations to say the least. If you're in the market for a mini split I can't recommend this company enough! You CAN'T go wrong with DELLA!🙂

I want to highlight how great the support team at Della is, especially the quick response times on their chat support. This is the second time I’ve reached out for guidance and assistance, and both times, they’ve been extremely helpful. They explain things clearly, and if they don’t have an immediate answer, they let me know they’ll get back to me—and they do so very quickly. Their commitment to resolving issues promptly and efficiently is outstanding. Thanks to their support, I feel confident in continuing to use Della products and plan to give them more business in the future. A big thank you to “Shirley” and the entire support team for the excellent service you provide. It’s truly the kind of support we all need when dealing with devices and units. Keep up the great work!

Great oak curio cabinet. I am very happy with it! One person can put it together but it takes time. Good instructions. Customer service was great with a couple of issues.

We have purchased 3 Della units. I love that I can control the units with Alexia. We had an issue with one unit 7 months after the install. Customer service was amazing. We will be making another purchase for our garage.
