Customer service is excellent you're able to get hold of a person or live chat I did have some issues with my unit but they helped me all the way through it it is very efficient I was 23° outside had it at 78° inside it took basically three space heaters at 1500 watts to heat it its about 1/4 to 1/3 the power of space heater

I have four of these and when I had an issue with one of them, a short conversation with customer service and less than 10 days later I had a new one. Great company! Ps. -6° outside and 72° inside!

The purchase of this mini split was a great addition for central air. Also these systems also provide heat for winter. My electrician installed this in about 3-4 hours.

I bought 2 Della mini splits, a 9,000btu and a 12,000btu. I had some trouble with the 12,000btu. I contacted Della and they sent me out a new outdoor unit. Hooked the new one up and it works great. I would definitely recommend t a friend.
