It's too loud. I have it in my home office and I can't take calls while it's running.

We’ve been dealing with 100 degree plus weather around here lately and my house is a very cool 64 when you walk through the door. I love my mini splits!

I constructed a 40 X 60 building divided in two spaces 1200 each side. We used spray foam on ceiling and walls. We have two insulated pass through doors and 10 x 12 roll up door on each side. We purchased two 36000 btu units that was advertised to be good for up to 1500 sq ft. It is not cooling or heating heating 1200 sq ft. Now I'm trying to figure what to do!

I do apologize that your item is experiencing some issues. Is your room a regular room or sunroom, glasses room? A 36000 BTU can heat up to 2500sqft. Do you use longer line set or able to check whether the refrigerant is low? Kindly contact us for more details. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right for you.
