Shipping was fast considering UPS delayed their side of shipping when it got close to my house. That's on them not on Della. I watched videos and read instructions prior to receiving. The installation was easy. I took my time over two days as I was in no hurry. A friend of mine came to help with the vacum part as I didn't want to screw it up lol...overall it was easy, instantly started to cool off my newly built 1200 sq ft house. I will definitely be ordering another one in a few short weeks for the bedroom. This one was 18000 btu 220v....I absolutely love it 😀

Very good love them

Competing directly with my brother who has the same system but Mr cool. My system has had no leaks and makes less funky noise while running. My brother has replaced his drywall twice because of his system

I'm using the portable unit in 450 sq ft garage. When it gets over 85 degrees out cool turns off an the fan just runs even when it is on cool. Under 85 degrees it works fine. Don't Under stand what is going on with it. Your help to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated Mike Erickson 763 438 3532

Purchasing and delivery went very well. I wish the app had the "auto" feature that seems to be in the remote, though the remote version does not allow you to set the temperatures for heat and cold in auto mode.

Every time I call you guys have helpful people on the phone. I've put a couple of systems in my house, and I've bought some for other people. I will be purchasing more of this. I do like this equipment. I like the Tech Support and I write that support from the salespeople. Thank you much, keep up the good work

I bought a Della portable AC sometime in August 2024. I used it August and September 2024. I started using again in April 2025, and by mid May or so, it stopped working. AC stopped working about 9 months after I purchased it, and about 3 and an half months of AC usage.

For the first time in 20 years of owning our store, in Georgia, it is comfortable to work in the summer.
