DellaReviews of dellahome.com

The book does not have the minimum lineset length. I called and left two messages no call back. I also didn't receive the wall template for marking of the hole. Got one sent in a email. That will not help me at all.

Communication was great, and when I called to confirm it was researched and I was given the correct information

Bad packaging, holes in boxes, did not stack right

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I own and operate my own hvac company, so I decided to try della out and I had issues with both of my purchases. My second purchase is causing me to loose a customer. I purchased a mini split unit on their website and it's been a week and still has not shipped out. Won't be using them again.
