The unit was packed very well for shipping so thank you for that. I’m using my unit in the upstairs of my home (one big room) that is a guest room so I’m not using on a regular basis, but it does seem to cool the space very well. I have friends coming next weekend who will be staying up there so that will be the real test!

We ordered a mini split system of line had an estimated delivery of the 10th or the 11th of July well they never sent the tracking number and he never sent the update of the order being processed so when I inquire about it and call in a customer service they said it would be here between 10th or 11th for sure and that they were supposed to send me a tracking number so I can track my order by the end of the day they never sent number to track order by the end of the day and I called the next day and they said it wouldn't be delivered to the 14th. It's been over 90° here for the last week the reason I went with Della homes because they had a delivery date between the 10th and 11th which I thought was pretty good but now he's saying the 14th that's three more days that we got to suffer in the heat due to what they say and they delivery date was going to be. So when I contact customer service they say we going to send you the tracking order number so that you can track it to make sure that everything is fine and it would do it by the end of the day they never sent it by the end of the day didn't send nothing to me emails or nothing to let me know I woke up in the morning time and gave him a call and then they inform me that it wouldn't be here till the 14th to me that's bad customer service and you telling people stuff just to get them to order the product. Della makes good systems but I don't know if I'll be purchasing it again just because of the customer service sucks and it all lie to me about the delivery date and all they can say is we apologize we apologize we don't know what went wrong how are y'all the company and y'all don't know what went wrong with your product being delivered at a time that you told me that was going to be here I'm just frustrated with the whole thing cuz now this is more days I got to suffer in the heat because Della ain't hold of the end of the bargain but I spent $2,300 and they took that pretty damn fast but they didn't get my product pretty damn fast

I wanted to apologize for your experience with the order and for the inconvenience caused to you. Can you please send us the order number so I can check for you? Since some orders shipped by freight and delivery date may be vary. Due to the high volume of packages on the courier company's end, the shipment has been delayed beyond the expected timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I have not received my purchase. The tracking number provided is from may of 2017. The A.I. chat cannot help. Calling the customer service number only gets me on the phone for hours with no answer. I feel like i have been scammed. This was ordered on July 2nd. Surely it should have arrived by now, especially since im now being asked to rate my experience. So far my experience is horrible.

Website was easy to navigate. Shipping was timely and everything arrived in great shape. Packaging for the standing AC was a little more difficult than the window unit. The setup for each unit was pretty simple and straightforward. Each unit has its strengths that I haven’t discovered yet cause it’s been 1 week. But overall I am pleased with my purchases. My only complaint is that the units are just loud! And yes you sort of get used to it in a few days by turning everything up. The 14,000 BTU floor unit and the 8,000 BTU window unit are going to give you some constant white noise in the background—and adjusting the speed doesn’t help anything. It hasn’t disturbed my sleep because the units blow very cold. So I guess that’s the trade off.
