Installed a 18000 BTU Vario Mini Split. All went well with the installation. YouTube videos really helped. My question for support was with using the Remote vs App. I set the temperature on the App and also on the Remote. The Remote seemed to override the App but support let me know the unit takes the last command sent. So if I put the temp at 73 on the Remote and then use the App to set the temp at 75 the unit will be set for 75 but the Remote will still show 73 and vice versa.

Outdoor unit Control Board burned out before we had it a year. Tech services were more concerned with warranty registration than taking care of the issue. I would have paid for a new board. I went to a parts warehouse and apparently Della has used a discontinued part that no one has. I had to send the board to a CB repair shop. At first I was happy with the unit, and still would be if I could have just fixed the issue even if I paid out of pocket. I am still paying on a unit that is less than 1 year old installed.

Install was easy. Connections for spiral wound refrigerant lines was very easy and kink free due to the spiral winding on them. Very nice feature.

Easy to install fast shipping well packaged had a hvac tech put a vacuum on the system as instructed by directions. Keeps 600 sq feet area super cool awesome product!

I’m happy that this mini split AC is working well and solves all my problems.
