Great experience
She was very professional! I felt comfortable with her and there was no gas lighting . She was truly interested in providing me care I was comfortable with .

Liked! Courteous on the phone as anyone would be. Dislikes. You literally have to pay for every and any consultation after the initial. And the lab prices are close to a mortgage payment. I use trt nation currently and outside of my initial consultation and my yearly labs I don’t pay anything to speak with my DR. Nothing. I added a therapy to my current trt therapy. And they scheduled me an appointment for free. So yeah one could argue well we do this or that but at the end of the day. It’s a money grab. I didn’t switch but had a pleasant experience while at least initiating an inquiry about defy medical services.

Our pricing is designed to offer patients individualized care, expansive options, and access to experts within the field of hormone therapy. We avoid monthly fees and subscriptions so that patients only pay for the services and medications they need when they need them. That said, we understand that patients have different priorities and should choose the clinic that best meets their needs.
