I felt my options weren’t clearly…
I felt my options weren’t clearly explained to me. He told me to pick one which I don’t think is appropriate as I am not an endocrinologist. I had to do my own research after to pick the appropriate medication.

Procedural event
Procedural event. Nothing to be discovered. I’ve been on my protocol for 10 years. After consulting no prescriptions filled. Been more than a week since consult and my meds have t been sent to pharmacy yet. Sadly defy is a victim of their success. Looking for alternatives now. :(

The medical staff has been great everything else falls apart
The medical staff has been great, the back office, the processing the product delivery has been very very disappointing. They have also started changing to write a script, charging to call a script in, not willing to accommodate when life events happen. As much as I love dealing with the medical staff the back office BS is going to drive me to another clinic.

They just seem to be in the market as a…
They just seem to be in the market as a boutique health center offering access to prescriptions other doctors are uninterested in pursuing. They offer military discounts but only on certain scripts with no real logic or pattern that you will discover after you verify your status.

Rushed, didn’t discuss anything.
The whole call lasted approximately 5 minutes and I felt like I was being rushed. We didn’t discuss any of my labs, and the medication she told me she was giving me for weight loss was not what was in my medication list.

Frustrated
I'm getting very frustrated with being prescribed things that cannot be shipped to my state. I've now been waiting for help to figure out a plan b for 11 days and still I'm left in the dark.

Disappointed but still hopeful
Disappointed in that I’ve waited 3 weeks to meet Mike, joined my zoom and he wasn’t there. Understood family emergency but nobody reached out and it was another 3 weeks before I could talk to him. Suggestion would be to prioritize folks who had their appointments cancelled.
