My experience with Defy Medical has been fantastic. I was struggling with fatigue that was pretty severe and Defy ran the correct labs and Michael did a fantastic job explaining to me what was going on and what treatments I needed. He got me the correct Testosterone and Thyroid hormone treatments and I have felt so much better. Defy is super easy to work with and their pricing is very fair for the services that you receive. I couldn't be happier and I hope to work with them for a very long time!

Mike is a great provider. I saw Mike at Defy Medical, and I can say he was a stellar provider. My problem is incredibly unique, and I’ve only been able to find a handful of people on the internet with my symptomology after a specific experience. Mike came up with a tailored game plan for me, and it is helping so far. Other doctors, endocrinologists, and providers sneer and met my complaint with skepticism. This is because they weren’t knowledgeable or informed enough to even know that such problems can exist. Mike knew what was going on, and had a handle on it from the beginning.

Jesse was great at selling me the service and taking my money. I was hoping the doctor would address the issues I am having from the overdose of Testosterone at the last provider and other issues I am having. I even called back and spoke to a nurse because I was nervous, she ho asked him some other questions for me. I had to call twice for the appointment with the nurse as no one ever scheduled our call. The questions were never answered just changes to the script I was given. I do not feel comfortable at all with the entire process. I do not feel like a patient...just another person on the phone. I am not filling my script and will be trying another provider.
