My provider never called me. Complete no show

Melissa called right on time for the appointment. That's a big deal to me, since I was at work and needed to use time away from my desk efficiently. Melissa always asks how I'm feeling, so it tells me she is concerned with more than just numbers. Also, she expresses satisfaction with my entire blood work panel, not just hormone numbers. To me, it indicates she will catch something if a problem starts to develop in some form. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.
