'm able to talk about my experiences without feeling like I'm not doing something right (super important), I don't feel like I'm being talked down to, and, I don't feel rushed through the consult. I typically have lots of questions going into a consult, but feel like they get answered well. I think the doses of meds I started on was correct though I did have to make some adjustments and drop a couple of things in the short term) I do feel like they care about the overall person, not just throw a bunch of crap at me that dosen't work. The good is that I'm losing some weight (finally!) Hormonally I'm getting to where I should be. I'm still tweaking a few things, but I'm going in the right direction because I'm not only feeling better, in a much better mood overall, and my lab numbers are bearing that out. The majority of my menopausal symptoms are gone. Its a good place, I'm very happy with my experience with them, considering I've had less than stellar experiences with GPs and GYN's in the past.

Knowledgeable provider who genuinely sought solutions for my issues. He addressed each question I had thoroughly and did not minimize any of my concerns, instead addressing them in a logical manner.

The medical team cares about overall health and well-being beyond just the issues with hormones.

I am a Defy patient of record with Dr. Saya. I couldn't feel any more cared for than I do under his treatment oversight & certainly plan to be his patient for as long as possible. Dr. Saya in unlike so many providers, in that he doesn't just willy nilly glance at labs & short a woman her explanation of symptoms & how she actually feels. Dr. Saya is a patient listener, he is a gentleman with the knowledge and compassion every woman deserves! I hope he is always available for us.
