Life-Changing
I worked with Mike L and have worked with Defy for several years. They changed my life for the better. I feel like I am living at optimal levels. Each staff member I've encountered makes me feel like they genuinely care. They're not perfect because we are human and we make mistakes, but they show they care.

Melissa was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable. Already familiar with my file, she made recommendations to me that I had been thinking about already!
