For a mere phone conversation with Kristian, I believe it turned out fairly well. She addressed my problem quite well while my wife took notes. Kristian seemed very friendly and made the phone call on time as was agreed upon. As well as it was, I believe any future conferences will be virtual because of my hearing problem.
