Dr. Caulkins really spent his time to make sure all of my questions were answered, and he had knowledgeable answers to all of my questions that many other providers have not been able to answer. I feel like I will be in good hands under his care, and feel comfortable and confident, reaching out if I have any questions, knowing that he will provide a knowledgeable answer and put me at ease with the best guidance

I would have liked to have seen more of a deep dive into my patient history based on previous results. That, and follow up scheduled sooner than 6 months out. I'm currently experiencing symptoms that are lowering my quality of life and thought I could come away from the consult knowing what next steps could look like with more urgency.

He listens, gives great informed advice and explains a plan to help me with my issues.
