The call was okay - Kristen was super nice and warned me that a lot of information was going to be thrown at me and that I should take good notes. But taking good notes proved to be difficult. And then I got the information on what to order and found it confusing as to what I should purchase and what is a choice to purchase. This is the email I sent: Hello, Yes I do have questions and comments. 1. You really should provide this medical discussion I had yesterday in written form. It was way too much information to write down on the fly. I am having trouble remembering what was deemed a necessity and what was an option to take. 2. When I went online, I didn't understand the difference between "Items Ordered" and what's in "My Shopping Cart". The price difference and the items shown are different. 3. How do I order the items in A below? For the most part, they are not in "My Shopping Cart". 4. And why is there a price difference between the items that do show up in both lists? ie - the testosterone and the DHEA for example? A.
