Marisa is so great I highly recommend the entire Defy team they are helping me with all my needs.

I contacted Defy to request a consultation, outlining my symptoms and my goals for the HRT regimen. I felt immediately understood! We talked about a strategy, all of the recommended drugs, how to take them, and any possible side effects. I look forward to feeling like my old self again!

It's always a two way discussion that helps me to better understand what I need to be looking to change about either diet or exercise. The practitioner I did the first televisit with (Mike L.), did not rush me up, listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions, went through all my labs in detail and explained the treatment plan very well. I am looking forward to feeling better once I start my BHRT protocol with injectables.

Ben is extremely personable and make sure to address any issues/imbalances occurring. Coming up with a solution to tailor the program to meet my needs and keep my numbers in range.
