This must be about the 4th time I've had a call with Mike. He's really good with explaining bloodwork results, changes he sees, and what can be done. I have ZERO negative comments about Defy or Mike, he's the best.

Been using Defy for many months now. It’s great to always have access to a doctor whenever you need for a phone consultation. The doctors here know much more than your standard PCP and can really give you a good second perspective on your full blood labs or any other concerns you have relating to men’s health.

I appreciate my consult visit to review item by item to get a better understanding of my personal health well being. This consult guides Jill (my consultant) to decide my plan of action. I think it is very important for myself to have same consultant each visit to develop a relationship. Defy medical phone team reminds me who my consultant was and would I prefer X. I have bee a patient at Defy for 3 years. I like their approach and protocols. I love Jill & of course Dr. Saya. They really listen to you and what you want. HRT is not a one size fits all approach. It is alot of trial and error. They coach you to try protocols and make adjustments to find your sweet spot. Its a wild ride! I am very happy with Defy.
