I was very pleased with my first phone appointment. My professional was very thorough and to the point. She answered any questions I had and prescribed the needed items for each and everyone along with sending me instructions in my portal. I love the idea of the portal as I can refer to it anytime I have questions.

Ben was very thorough and supportive. He genuinely seemed very interested in the Pacific Northwest and the nonprofit I work for - helping people get off the streets. I truly enjoy speaking to him. Also, we talked about the recent physical that I had with my primary physician. Overall, I just like the whole smoothness and natural communication that Defy provides. I appreciate that he wasn't in a hurry and took some time to talk. :)
