George Petiya was outstanding. He got back to me quickly, walked everything through clearly, and stayed patient the entire time. What looked like a billing issue turned out to be a miscommunication between my wife and me about charges on my card. George was informative, thorough, and professional from start to finish. Because of how well he handled it, I decided to keep working with Defy.

My consultation with the practitioner went well and I'm very happy with that. I did wait three weeks for that first appointment and it's now 11 days past my appointment with the practitioner and I am still waiting on the meds actually getting sent to the pharmacy so I can start them. So know in advance that the practitioner and the people I've spoken with at Defy were fantastic, however, the breakdown is in the timeline.

My provider Ben is excellent! I love that he always remembers the details of all previous visits and prioritizes addressing my individual needs at each visit.

There were technical difficulties that made the connection not go through at first, which made me personally feel rushed when we finally did get connected. I was also discombobulated that we wrapped up as quickly as we did, and forgot to ask at least two questions that I needed to ask.

Dr was professional, nice and respectful of my time.

Beth is very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She recommended several alternative products that may work better for me. I'm very glad I waited until our appointment before ordering again. I also like that there are so many companies to choose from. The only thing I would to change are the shipping costs.

My provider was prompt, genuine, and knowledgeable to my situation. She reviewed my labs and concerns prior to meeting and had a good strategy going into our first appointment.
