I had a great experience during my medical consultation. The doctor was very attentive, took my blood work results and personal expectations into account, and helped me create a clear plan to start my treatment. I especially want to thank them for providing a translator, as Spanish is my native language, which made the entire process so much easier and comfortable. Highly recommended!

It took a long time to get scheduled and the app was not either working or didn’t have the option to schedule which was inconvenient. The appointment was a little confusing as far as what she thought I needed.

Legit knowledgeable dr consult

Session was ok. The audio quality was bad. Delay / Lag in phone made it hard to talk. Cadence was not very structured. But overall decent review. I di snot learn much more than I already knew from research online.

She actually new what she was doing when it came to HRT. Educated, informed and even knew the correct labs to order! lol! This was the third doctor I went to for real HRT solutions. She delivered. The other two Dr's where through the standard medical system. Everybody I talked to at Defy did great and price points listed and straight forward.

Every time I have an appointment with my doctor or speak to anyone at all, it is the most pleasant and painless interaction of any service I use. They are incredibly accommodating and work with me on anything I need. I have been with Defy for a few years now and I do not see any reason why I would go anywhere else. They are very helpful and have improved my quality of life dramatically.

Beth was amazing, and very informative. She made sure everything went smooth . I couldn't get into my account, so she gave me a phone call , just as I was about to panic. I would definitely recommend Beth Thank you Beth !
