It’s fine but I don’t think it’s useful for me. I know how to interpret my blood results. I figure it’s required for insurance reasons, though.

Additionally, compounding pharmacies require documentation of the most recent patient encounter before they can fill prescriptions. Bens Listened to my concerns offered multiple options for most of them. Much better than my local Dr who was fine with borderline to above borderline blood results. The provider (Melissa) shamed me for being on estradiol while in perimenopause and didn’t even evaluate my labs. It was not easy for me to get those labs drawn in time due to being a teacher and having to drive to get the correct ones drawn. It just felt like such a waste of my money after the appointment. I thought all of Defy’s providers were progressive-thinking regarding HRT so I was taken aback. In the end she asked what I wanted to do so I guessed at what I needed. Super disappointing.
