Melissa is outstanding! I have worked with her for 8 or 9 years. Extremely professional but at the same time remembers our previous chats and various changes in my life. She is a big reason why I continue to do business with Defy!!!

Dr. Culkins was extremely clear, helpful, and transparent in his recommendations. I had not worked with a telehealth doctor before -- he has set the bar very, very high. He answered all my questions throughly and was empathetic.

The doctor addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, which was very reassuring. I am pleased to report that my three-month check-up results were excellent, and I have improved my lipid panel results back to normal range.
