Robyn is great. She answered my questions, adjusted some meds and made a point to go over my labs with me and to justify the adjustments she suggested.

Morgans attention to detail and respect during the conversation was absolutely outstanding

I either missed or did not received a call from my provider. I called 10 minutes after my appt time to get connected as instructed in the confirmation email defy sends out. I was told that my provider wasn’t answering messages from the receptionist that I was on the phone with. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with her and she finally told me to reschedule. There were no available appointments for 3 weeks?! I’ve been with defy for awhile and never had this happen. Appts are supposed to be for 45 mins so I’m not sure where my doctor was or why he couldn’t call me. I even told her I was fine with just doing a 35 minute appt.

Loved everything Robin explained. She listened and had answers for all of my questions. Highly recommend! I feel heard and feel like her recommendations are spot on for me. Can’t wait to get started with the treatment plan!

Really appreciate the straight forward no bs approach that is easy to understand the science/medical. Answered my questions fully and helping me reach my goals. On time too which is nice.
