After a long time of researching which platform was the right one for us, we landed on Cin7. It was a huge job getting us onboarded, and I wanted to thank Dawn Martenstyne for being such a fantastic and patient support for us while we got there. She has truly made this a great experience and has exceptional customer service skills. Always getting back to us in a timely manner and being so knowledgeable on the system. We are still very new to the system, so I can't speak much on it just yet.

Ms. Pubudika Thathsarani was very quick in responding and provided supportive assistance to our login issues for Cin7. The issues were resolved, and we appreciate her support very much!

Cin7 Core completely leveled up both our inventory and accounting functionality! We experienced some initial issues with the Chart of Accounts mapping, but Mark, a member of the Solutions Architect Team, walked us through the problems in a few short hours. There are a lot of reviews on this product I simply can not believe are genuine. The company does not care about customer service, the platform is barely functional and a huge number of its systems dont work or work so poorly they may as well not be there. On top of this, they just slogged us with a 13% price rise while making no improvements to the myriad of issues we raised. If I had my time again I would never implement this software. Find a smaller company who cares about making you happy.

Big shoutout to Dawn Martenstyne for making my onboarding with Cin7 POS such a breeze. She was super helpful right from the start—walked me through everything, got me set up, and even helped me out when I ran into a few issues. Honestly, I would’ve been stuck without her! She really knows her stuff and made the whole process way less stressful. Can’t wait to keep going with the next part of onboarding. Thanks again, Dawn!

Setu Dani was great. I read some of these reviews saying customer support is terrible, but every time we need any assistance, we can set up a meeting and get the issue fixed right away. Setu did a 3-month check-in and was very knowledgeable, and gave us some more insight on how we can improve how we do things inside Cin7.

Mark was fantastic! We were having a lot of issues because of a not-so-perfect initial setup. Mark went above & beyond to help us pick apart the issues, find solutions, and work towards a better setup. He was very kind, responsive, and respectful. He was patient with us while we asked about 100 questions! Mark's new support team is a huge add to cin7.
