CIN7 Implement Team just finished a special project for us - to change CIN7 Base Currency. Under their help, a new CIN7 account is opened and most historical transactions are kept which is invaluable for our sales team. There are difficult times during the process. The managers are able to adapt and reorganise the resources. It has taken longer time to finish the project. But it is well worth in the end. After trying different Inventory systems, we find CIN7 is the best, linking with Xero flawless.

Suwashini Rajandran was patient and knowledgeable. She gave clear instructions and steps to follow and our issue was resolved.

Tried multiple times to talk to customer service with tickets. Everytime it gets ignored or left for weeks. They are no longer interested in helping.

Having used Cin7 for a little over a year we needed further help understanding a few things. We were offered a meeting with Mark Dessanayaka. He was able to explain everything in more detail and show us on our shared screen how to fix a couple of problems we had encountered.
