Cin7 CoreReviews of dearsystems.com

Umang was incredibly helpful in setting up Cin7, going above and beyond to help individually in setting things up. The entire onboarding process was a little unspecific for each business, but Umang's individual help was incredibly useful in catering for our company.

I gave Cin7 Core 4 out of 5 stats because I am still learning some of the platform's more advanced features and capabilities. There is definitely a learning curve, but as I continue using it, I am becoming more comfortable with what it has to offer. So far, it has been a great fir for my needs, and it has helped streamline the areas of the business I use it for. I look forward to exploring more of its functionality as I gain additional experience.

Umang who onboarded was very helpful. I'm still working my way through onboarding but look forward to going live soon. The only thing that was an issue is there was a lot of emails and information at the start - I think this could be somehow streamlined and made a little easier to follow.

Setu made sure I understood his explanations by asking questions for me to answer. This ensured I understood what was being explained

The onboarding staff is very good " Dawn Martenstyne" , very nice person to work with.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Abinesh, who impressed us with his professionalism and deep knowledge of the product. He handled our queries and challenges with great efficiency and patience, ensuring that everything possible was addressed. Although not all issues could be fully resolved due to pending development work, his proactive approach and clear communication made the entire experience a positive one.

Resolving the identified small system bug took some time but was done, so in total I'm very happy with the outcome.

Kunal was great, very helpful and quick to provide a response. we nearly accomplished everything we needed, but had a pending question that Kunal said would send me an answer to later
