Cin7 CoreReviews of dearsystems.com

We've used Core for over a year now and it's transformed the way we work. It can take some getting used to in regards to our practises, but it has helped us keep an accurate inventory of our stock and it's been a perfect way to capture all of our sales. Our onboard specialist Shuaib has been an integral part of setting us up and maintaining our understanding of the systems in's and out's and will continue to do so. Honestly, I consider him part of our team and I wouldn't want Core without him. His knowledge and professionalism is what everyone should strive for.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service I’ve received, particularly from Bijal Brahmbhatt. My concern was not treated with the urgency it required, took a while to get responses, and I was told that the issue I raised doesn't disrupt our business, despite my detailed explanation of how it does. The issue was that we were unable to add more users to grant access to our sales representatives, and the only users with system access were the admin team. It took over a week to resolve the bug on their system. How can this not disrupt our business when we were unable to sell during that time? To temporarily resolve the problem, I had to disable access for other admin staff just to grant the necessary access to our sales representatives. Furthermore, supplier information cannot be hidden from our sales team, even though they should not have visibility of it. As a result, our sales team has access to sensitive information, which undermines our internal access control policies. The only workaround available is to remove product details access entirely, but this restricts access to other critical product information that our sales representatives need to perform their duties.

Mark Dessanayaka saved the day for me and my business. I started using Cin7 Core a year ago and we paid for onboarding but the people that were assigned to us were not helpful in understanding how our business with a co-manufacturer worked with stock purchases vs. service purchases. After almost switching to a Cin7 competitor I was fortunate to do a couple working sessions with Mark. He was patient to understand the flow of my business from PO to sale order. He suggested an alternate method for workflow which wasn't suggested by our original onboarding team. I feel confident now that it has simplified the process saving time and headaches from accounting perspectives. I recommend Mark as the onboarding manager from the start so these solutions don't start from the beginning rather than him fixing issues after the fact. Thank you Mark!

Really great system and excellent training/support.

Just wanted to thank Suhail for the extremely quick turn around on my 2FA reset request

Mark is excellent, super Patient and very friendly spend much time with us sorting out our issues - we are nearly there !

We were relieved to be able to pull the plug on our legacy ERP system on 1st Jan. However we had been having major headaches with receiving our imported stock which meant our inventory reporting was incomplete. Our session ended up being very long because we discovered after the first 1.5hrs that the process that Mark had taken us through which was clear and simple was not going to work for our general business practice. So we had to start from the beginning again! Have to say that even as frustrating as that was Mark was able to continue to show clarity of mind and understanding of our business needs. Taking us through the process in detail so we could overcome the issues we were having with Cin7. Marks patience and ability to understand our unique business needs was impressive. All whilst maintaining a lighthearted approach with a firm commitment to finding the answers to our conundrums.

Eroshana Abhayapala guided me through the correct process to allocate payments to invoices and deposits. Eroshana responded quickly and precisely to all my questions until I deeply understood the best option for our workflow.
