The WMS app is the worst software I've ever encountered. The browser application is okay. The WMS app is absolute garbage. We've had multiple issues. We have 5 different bugs with tickets still open after multiple months. Beware.

This software & service really is the all in one go to. The onboarding & training program was well paced to not overwhelm as the initial setup can be daunting at the start. My assigned Onboarding Specialist Dawn Martenstyne was thorough & consistent on keeping on-top of the whole process along side, Cin7 is a huge step up from our previous inventory control system.
