This was my first time ordering from DAYALANE and I have to say Im a very pleased with customer service and products. I contacted them by email as requested for a price adjustment and the response time was super fast and they were able to satisfy my request. You have a new customer and very pleased with my dining room chairs.

I ordered the Charles Lounge Armchair. I have now received it and assembled it and it’s a great chair. The challenge I had was regarding a discrepancy between the shipping date at check out and the shipping date listed on the product page. I thought I would receive it in 3-5 business days but when I hadn’t received a shipping notification two weeks after ordering I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and consistently and ultimately shipped my chair about a week earlier than it would have been based on the product page’s shipping dates. Slow fulfillment of furniture products can be typical these days for online companies, so please take a close look at their product page before ordering, but I have to say I had a positive customer service experience and am pleased with the chair. They did a good job and earned the 5 star review.

Product arrived on time and was well packaged. Solid wood had a great color matching the pictures on the site. Assembly was relatively simple, however the wooden pin for the back support, if installed would not allow for the screws to align with the holes. So, did not use it. However the back is securely installed without them.

Great experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy, the products are beautiful and well-made, and customer support was quick, friendly, and very helpful. It’s refreshing to shop with a company that truly cares about both quality and service. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I wasn’t sure at first about this brand since I’ve never heard about them but i’ve got my chairs and I’m happy with them. Customer service was good too. I purchased them during Christmas time so I understand for the delay.

These chairs are great! I was a little skeptical since I had never heard of the brand or website but the delivery was extremely efficient & fast, the building instructions were clear, easy & straightforward and the product colors and description is exactly as described. We’re very happy & would order from them again!
