The worst experience I have ever had. This was meant to be a fun experience for my bridesmaids and JR bridesmaid and it was horrible. The sales assistant assigned to us was never there to help so my mother did he job for her. when it came to ordering dresses she would just walk away and eventually we had to get the help from the manager. My poor niece was told they dont really cater to JR bridesmaids and was given a small selection of dresses to try and no help with colors styles etc whatsoever. Finally we found dresses that Davids were actually able to order. The women at the registers ignored us for about 10 minutes while they finished their personal conversation, then were snippy and rude and again unhelpful. After spending over $1000, plus an extra $15/dress for separate shipping - all dresses ended up being shipped to one house, not sure why they took everyone's address if this was going to be the case. I came to Toronto from London (uk) because this is where the majority of my bridesmaids live, the additional stress of now having to ship the dresses again to the right ppl and hope they get it in time for alterations etc is not something i would expect from such a large company. I would strongly recommend that if you want a really fun experience and stress free (or as stress free as possible) then AVOID DAVIDS BRIDAL!!!!

We thought we were getting a great deal which allowed us no interest finance for 6 months....then on the 7th month we were charged all of the back interest they held back. This caused our balance not to go down (we are paying twice the amount required) but going up. We are on a tight budget. This nonsense is causing our budget to go haywire. Complained to them and they said we had 6 months to pay off the $1(K) credit limit. I don't know many people who can payoff that amount of $$ in 6 months. Our daughter got married and we thought we would have the money paid off by now. Guess that's not going to happen anytime soon. We were so happy to get the credit and dress our daughter wanted we didn't read or understand the fine print. READ THE FINE PRINT! They won't tell you in the store. :(

Originally went to the store at Mall of Millenia in Orlando in Feb 2019 to scout, ended up buying them back in UK at the Stratford Westfield store, seemed a bit unorganised and all over the place, took way longer than should have for a fitting for 5 bridesmaids as it seems they over booked themselves that day, we did not have a dedicated lady for the fitting as she was helping about 4 groups at the same time. But got a discount for the inconvenience and all dresses came in good time.

My daughters and I visited the Hagerstown store on March 1. We were quite pleased with the experience. We were provided a stylist, Daria, immediately upon request. Daria was so helpful and we left the store with 2 dresses for my daughter’s prom. Daria and the entire staff were very patient and personable. They made the experience fun and exciting!

I was extremely disappointed with my entire experience. When we first arrived they couldn’t find us a person to help us, even though we had a scheduled appointment. Then the lady they gave us as a replacement forgot about us, she said she put my sisters dresses in a fitting room with her name on it. But when it was time for her to try on her wedding dresses there was no room with her name. We looked around the whole store and could not find the lady. It felt very cramped and very un organized. We ended up leaving without even getting to try any dresses on. VERY disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

I have had a horrible experience, I live out of country so I bought a dress and was told it would be shipped for me, and noticed it still hasn’t arrived and the wedding is in a week... then after 3 people assuring me it would be sent they are now saying they don’t deliver to this location... what horrible customer service... lie to me and then tell me they refuse to send me the dress. I better get a refund,. Never telling any of my friends to ever go to David’s bridal again!

Staff were nice enough, however the dresses were in such poor condition and the consultants were not able to provide adequate assistance. Every single dress that was given to me to try was not one that fit, suited or followed any of the criteria I outlined at the start, when they asked my preferences. The only one dress I specifically asked to try at the very start of the session was only brought once I was ready to leave. An awful experience and an utter waste of time. Considering that I am a standard size 10 and not very difficult to dress, I’m shocked that the staff could not show me even one dress that was appropriate.
