I came to the David’s Bridal store in Watford after doing some online research about bridal shops. I chose this shop as they seemed to have a wide variety of dresses at a range of reasonable prices. When I arrived with my Sister (Maid of Honour) and Mum, we instantly felt comfortable. I had been a little nervous about trying on dresses and starting the experience but it wasn’t at all as overwhelming as I had thought. The team did really well with dealing with Covid-19 and we felt really safe being there. Annabelle was a delight. Very calm, helpful, professional and friendly. I felt like she was a third person of support in my family. I enjoyed my experience from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy, no sales techniques and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. I even came back to the store a 2nd time. There was a slight issue with the dress I chose and order complications but all was sorted so swiftly, I didn’t need to worry. I hadn’t had the best experience at other bridal shops. There were long wait times, pushy staff, to the point I left other shops crying. I can’t thank Annabelle enough for getting me back on track and making the experience so memorable. The store and other staff at Watford were great too. Amazing variety and styles, and the perfect atmosphere. I’m so glad I said yes to the dress in David’s Bridal, Watford!!! I can’t wait to wear my dress again!

My experience beginning to end was amazing...due to the pandemic had to postpone wedding twice...wedding 6-27-20 my dress named Sparkle fit me like an glove...never thought I would see my curves but I did an my wife cried upon laying eyes on me EPIC...the alteration seamstress was very accommodating (“I apologize forgetting her name she is of India ethnicity “)...she made me look good...Thank You Colette Harrington

I would give them 0 star but isn't 0 there so I have to give them 1 i ordered I bought the dress and the vial and they put different vial on the bag when I see it I asked them this isn't the one I paid for she said oh I don't know maybe they sell it so I can't find it this is like a joke wasted my money there

I ordered Betsy Johnson wedding shoes and the shoe came not clean and a little worn looking. When I called customer service she acted as if I was an annoyance to her and sighed and said "ok let me see what I can do" to which they can only give a refund. I don't understand why they would send worn out shoes to a paying customer. Not ordering from Davids Bridal ever again.

David's bridal online is horrible. They make it very difficult to return items in order to keep your money. 1) you only have 7 days to initiate a return 2) they don't take into account if they ship you multiple boxes, some arriving up to weeks later 3) you have to return each item INDIVIDUALLY, not per order 4) oh and the individual items have to all be shipped to different places 5) and it's $12.50 per item to ship 6) oh and they don't put names of items or their cost on the paper they send to you only numbers, but the numbers aren't listed on your online order review, just names and pictures, Thank god for the pictures. Oh and you can't return stuff to the store that you purchased online.... even if they stock that item. David's Bridal Onlibe is just.... well terrible. They are betting on you just giving up and not returning it, so if you buy something, better hope you like it. I'm NEVER ordering from them again, and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Melissa and Tilly are number one employees. Melissa helped me picked out the most beautiful wedding dress in which I lost weight so had to get altercations. Tilly is amazing she done a great job on my dress. It fits me perfect and I cant wait to wear it October 11th. Excellent Customer Service Maple Grove MN Store

My future daughter-in-law had the best. Alice M., from the Friendswood, Tx location, asked a few questions and right away knew what styles to bring to the dressing room. Her first pick was the one my daughter-in-law to be went with. Also, the accessories she picked out worked beautiful with the dress. Alice made this very exciting and stressful dress hunting an absolute pleasure. She also helped us with bridesmaid dresses and we can check that off our list too. Thank you so much to David's Bridal for setting up our appointment with a knowledgeable and experienced bridal consultant.

Don’t waste your money My box literally fell apart. It came with a hole in the cheap shrink wrap they used. Essentially this is a cardboard box that they stick your wedding dress in. But here’s the fun part: I opened it since it was useless and they had put A TON OF HUGE STAPLES IN MY LACE GOWN. Oh also huge safety pins. They stretched the off the shoulder sleeves and almost tore them. They also put a ribbon over the waist of my dress? Like a belt? It ruined the look of my dress. Here’s the other fun part: I contacted the preservation company in JULY and they have yet to send a refund or anything. They promised me a check in the mail and now won’t respond to me. Just pay more and go local. I have more to say about this gown preservation cardboard amazon box but I’m watching my language.
